I. Cancellation Policy
1:1 Personalized Coaching Call:
If you are unable to attend the 1:1 personalized coaching call after you purchase and schedule a time slot, you can not cancel or transfer to someone else. However, you can reschedule it if given notice 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. You must notify Unclouded Career Services before the 24 hour window by emailing info@uncloudedcareerservices.com to reschedule.
1. 2 Group Sessions:
Once you purchase a group session and sign up, you are not permitted to cancel. However, you are able to transfer to another person. Please reach out to info@uncloudedcareerservices.com if you are unable to attend and need to transfer.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Personalized Coaching Call:
There are no refunds on coaching and consulting; once we initiate our partnership, I immediately invest my time into getting to know who you are and your anticipated goal. I cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.
I understand that milestones may be achieved during the course of your coaching and you may want to discontinue with the coaching plan. Be advised, I am able to completely adapt to your needs and can adjust the goals and objectives to ensure a worthwhile experience.
Upon providing full program payment you are authorizing Unclouded Career Services to process your payment. No refunds will be issued.
Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought, and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.

3. Lapsed Services
I understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you
from completing or even starting your coaching within an appropriate timeline.
However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your
initial session with six (6) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any
payments received and no refunds will be issued. After one (1) year from your
initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching
services.

You hereby acknowledge that, when signing up for any package, you affirm and understand that this is partnership and your success is dependent on your openness and willingness to do the work involved. You also acknowledge that you’ve read the Terms & Conditions and fully understand it.
